Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with EU and Dutch consumer protection regulations, food items supplied by Mom’s Natural Foods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once the product seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, as such items are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Customers may only return unopened, unused, and fully sealed non-perishable products within 14 days of delivery at their own expense. Any request for return must be communicated to us in writing within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. In the event that a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@momsnaturalfoods.nl, after which we will assess the claim and offer a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.
